Hydro Emotional Bomb

Rason nga ba ang biglang pananhimik para ipahayag
na may lumulubong problema sa dibdib mo na
gustong sumabog na parang hydrocephalus. Hindi
naman siguro. Pero hindi kasi ako tahimik na tao eh,
gusto ko yung may koneksyon ako sa lahat ng taong
nasa paligid ko, gusto ko laging may nakikinig pag
nagsasalita ako, gusto ko pag may sinabi ako may
sasagot, pero pag naramadaman kong wala naman
palang may paki-alam magsisimula na naman akong
mag-isip na ako ang sentro ng kalawakan at lahat
kayo ay umiikot lang sa paligid ko. Umiikot sa paligid
ko, hindi nag-aabot, hindi nag-babangaan, hindi ako
sinasaling. Ayoko sanang paabutin pa sa punto na
ako na mismo ang hihila lahat sa inyo gamit ang
gravitational pull ng pananahimik...

Sisihin ko man ang sarili ko, ilang beses man akong
mag-AWOL o mag half-day, walang magbabago. Sa
tingin ko hindi parin makikita talaga ang namumuong
hydrocephalus sa dibdib ko na malapit ng sumabog.
Sasabog sa pag-mumukha ng nag-iisang taong
hinihintay kong maintindihan at mag-bigay ng
suporta sa namumugto kong mata...

Hindi na din naman magtatagal ang pananatili ng
kung sino man siyang walang pakialam at may-kiling.
Aasa nalang ako sa napipintong pag-babago na sana
naman ay dalhin ako sa luklukan ng mga taong
kayang sumabay sa lipad ng pag-iisip kong
patiwakal. Kung san man ako mag emergency landing
sana lang ay mapigilan nila ang pagsabog ng
hydrocephalus kung saloobin.

Salita ng Taon 2007

So it's the time of the year again were graduates and scholars pick the Word of the Year... I dont have the complete list of nominated words yet but as always I am expecting the entries to be as good as new or probably fresh out of the humid minds of whoever would send in their entries. I can at least grab a couple of words that I think have the potential to be a candidate although on of them are trivial and really out of context...


1) "Tak-Tak" : a song popularized by our fugitive looking comedian, actor, model, singer, writer, composer, frustrated-queer, Joey De Leon ... It touches and sparks the lime light of those novelty perks that is being succumbed by the four-piece-wannabe-Rock-Band outbreak! Although his rival Willie came up with a "Do-do-do-do" something like that song that is a rip-off and you cannot sing The Police "A Do-Do-Do, A Da-Da-Da" in the videoke anymore without the kids adding "ahahaaaa..." in the lyrics... but "Tak-Tak" is one of the words that I would like to consider.


2) "Chorva" : a gay lingo that is being added to a sentence to complete an unfinished thought. This is like a figure of speech drama that cover something that only those highly influential person's do understand. It goes for both sexes but mostly heard from those happy people who wears pink and do have identity crisis. Can also be heard from the mouth of those chicks who wears Batman like belts and stilletos. Sometimes from band drummers... or maybe just Ley.


Well i dont have any plans of submitting this two words but a plain thought is just ringing in my left ear, telling me that this words deserve a slot for this years list of possibilities...
